Pricing and Payment options:
Price listed in New Zealand Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Purchases are made via Paypal. Should you not have a Paypal account, you will be able to select to make payment via Master or Visa as payment method.
Delivery
Once payment is received for your order, we aim to dispatch our orders within 3-5 working day. We estimate delivery within New Zealand will take 4-10 working days, as this is a 3rd party delivery it is out of our control. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries, incorrect delivery address provided or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Returns
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If an item is faulty in any way, arrives broken or damaged, or has faulty workmanship then we will gladly exchange or refund this item. This is the policy we follow:

You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice or bank statement showing you purchased the item from us.

You must return the product to us and we will either refund the original purchase price, replace the product or exchange it.

We can only process refunds to the original card it was purchased with. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or credited.
Faulty Items and Damages

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges.
